English Poetry - Indrani Sarkar

My mushroom ring fairy
Indrani Sarkar

Fairy trees whisper
hiding secrets of nature
around  fairy ring mushroom.

Fairy comes down
amid moonlight beam
all alone in the gloom.

Stealing brown from
gemstones and bonsai bark
while humming sweet lullaby;

 there my angelic fairy
sleeping on her mushroom mound
has turned into a brown butterfly.

An Essence of My Dreams
Indrani Sarkar

Midnight passions
remind me of you.
Your loving eyes
with a hint of blue.

My thoughts fly
along with the skies.
The moon reflects
in your sparkling eyes.

The murmuring sound
of a blowing breeze,
whispers your name
with an incessant ease.

You come every day
with the moonlight beams.
You are my love and
an essence of my dreams.
